      Use this video and the video at http://bit.ly/996T5 Give students the measurements for the ball's initial height above the rim and the horizontal distance from the rim (these are given on the websites...make sure to convert the units on the page that I provided a link to). Use that info to calculate the hypotenuse to answer the question of "Which one of these was really the world's farthest basketball shot?"
