    57-year-old Jacqueline Berghorn came face-to-face with a bear at her home in Center Harbor, New Hampshire. It pushed her down and she hit a glass door. The bear then ran away, right through a fence. Berghorn said it came back and her husband fired two shots at it. He missed and the bear ran off.One of Berghorn's neighbors said a bear killed six chickens on his property Sunday, but it's believed to be a different bear.

    BlueCross and BlueShield has been negotiating with the Local 212 Union for more than two months. After trying for awhile they could not come to an agreement and the workers were told to stay home. Although The workers were told to stay home they showed up anyways. They said that main concern in this negotiating process is a lack of job security and outsourcing that has taken place. This lockout was to ensure no interruptions in service to customers, members and providers and that the workers were told not to come to work until a new contract was ratified because of previous issues.

    Saratoga High School in New York will have breathalyzer for each student attending prom next month. It will be at the front door to ensure that every student will attend prom in a sober fashion. Their principal says the new guideline is in response to growing concerns about student safety and alcohol use. Mostly all of the students of this school said its a good idea and they like this idea. They think that students should be checked for this since its not legal for anyone underage to do no matter the circumstances.

    See what had happen was a tourism from florida received 30 million dollars from BP. This money was granted to test waters and seafood around the gulf to make sure it was up to standards. The money will also be used to clean up the area and make sure that it is safe for all tourisms once again. This will take place over a three year period. Florida has already received $82 million dollars since april 20, 2010 for these efforts.
