The iPhone is making it too easy for jurors to look up information on Google during trials, violating agreements not to lookup outside information during a case.
"iPod fees" are being proposed in Canada similar to the existing fees placed on all CDR's. The assumption is that usage of CDR's (and now iPod's, apparently) implies music/copyright theft.
Attempts by Google to digitize out of print books without permission from the authors were challenged in court. Now Google has offered a settlement to authors, which could be further challenged.
