Professor Sue Thomas, Research Professor of New Media at De Montfort University, recently spoke at Virtual Futures 2.0'11. Prof Thomas' talk centred around her experiences of virtual spaces, particularly LambdaMOO. Here, Prof Thomas reflects on her first experiences of the virtual space, and how her understanding and experiences have changed in the 16 years since she first attended Virtual Futures.

The Greenview Research Group is based at De Montfort University and is a collaboration between the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development, the Institute of Creative Technology and the Estates department.

Artist led collective that I am a part of. (As is Tommy Sweeney, another IOCT graduate). We're exhibiting another MYGO in Nottingham in October, showing work at the Lincoln Digital Arts Festival in October and participating in a residency at Phoenix Square in January 2012.
