    My faculty know there are tools out there to help them. That's not hard to understand. My focus is getting their attitudes / feelings / affective domain to shift towards openness, sharing, and interdependence. I feel that conceptual understanding of the PLN is a major barrier to powerful and transformative use of web2.0 tools. This article does a good job of explaining it in an accessible way.
