This is the homepage of my collection of curated links, focusing on online tools and resources for information management, productivity, education and some other areas. There are almost 1,300 links in this collection, gathered over almost 2 years' time, and I could continue on. I am sharing this with the Diigo community because I believe it will be especially helpful to anyone in academia. Over the next weeks or months, I hope to highlight smaller, more manageable sub-categories so that Diigo users can focus in on just those links that are of interest.

AllMyFaves.com is a homepage provider with which some of you may be familiar. The site organizes and curates website links into visually-oriented categories - encompassing everything from craft sites to webcam chat sites. It then displays them on a nicely pre-configured - or, if you wish, user-configured - ayout. I can tell you AMF makes an excellent, easy to use homepage - particularly if you are a visual person and need to be able to "see" your bookmarks rather than just have a list or collection of folders. I also like the great diversity of categories the site provides in organizing websites, and have found many sites and resources using AMF that I would not otherwise have found - including many helpful educational sites, writing sites and so on. That's why I think AMF is a potentially "cool tool for educators" to consider. In addition to this system, AMF provides "Weekly Faves." These are generally 10 weekly "faves" - i.e., new websites of particular interest. There is also at least one mobile app "fave." At the end of the year, users are invited to vote on further curated list of runner-ups if you will for the best new sites/services of the year. The voting for this year's "best of" ends today, so if you want to vote on the runner ups listed, go to the link I provided and cast your "likes" as votes. Once winners are announced, I will list them here.

This article and videos were selected because of show the real lives of students. Maybe not only students, but also most people, have exactly the same life styles like we see in the videos. All the students are very honest and they tell whatever they are doing or what they did. This aspect is very important because we can understand their lives very well I can see how technology influences students' daily lives. Free software for collecting multimedia resources and links, I am using this to build a new Earth science 11 program. Freepath lends itself so well to enabling my students (who work individually) to engage in the joy of self-directed discovery within the parameters of a structured learning package because they will be able to maneuver around my collection of multimedia materials, worksheets, readings, and links non-sequentially -- following their interests and going where their curiosity takes them, but will still have to come back to the framework and fulfill the expectations of the unit.
