IISC provides consulting services to organizations, communities, networks, and others that build their capacity for more effective, equitable and inclusive social change. And we offer workshops that provide participants with the opportunity to learn and practice the skills and tools of collaboration for social change so that they can do everything from designing meetings to building and running organizations and networks with greater social impact.

Democratise (formerly FutureDigital) was founded in New Zealand in 1997 as Wairua Consulting. Our new name reflects our relaunch in 2012, our new based in Europe and our broader approach. Away from digital democracy towards a more strategic and systemic approach to democratic strengthening, open government and effective engagement. It reflects our mission to operate as a collaborative social business, where we partner for good and put people and communities ahead of profit.

Public Conversations Project fosters constructive conversation where there is conflict driven by differences in identity, beliefs, and values. We work locally, nationally, and globally to provide dialogue facilitation, training, consultation, and coaching. We help groups reduce stereotyping and polarization while deepening trust and collaboration and strengthening communities. At the core of many of today's most complex social problems is a breakdown in relationships that leads to mistrust, gridlock, and fractured communities. Public Conversations' method addresses the heart of this breakdown: we work to shift relationships, building the communication skills and trust needed to make action possible and collaboration sustainable.

The Sirolli Institute is a Social Enterprise that consults and trains in the field of Local Economic Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. We believe that the future of every community lies in capturing the talent, energy and imagination of its people hence we specialize in responsive approaches to Local Development that grow the community from within, transforming passionate people into successful entrepreneurs.

We are one of eleven strategic partners of the ABCD Institute, and the lead partner in Europe. We have worked as ABCD social explorers, trainers, mentors, facilitators, researchers and consultants with change partners and disruptive innovators around the world. These include Communities, Charities, NGOs/NPOs, Faith-based organisations, Think Tanks; local and national Governments in over 30 countries.

We have worked as ABCD social explorers, trainers, mentors, facilitators, researchers and consultants with change partners and disruptive innovators around the world.
