Interesting idea. I think I am going to try this next week. No TV to start our day.

I have always stated that instead of giving detention, when kids misbehave send them out to the hallway and make them do sprints or exercise. This is the same idea, but just in a positive light. I am incorporating exercise into my TA next year for sure.
