Safe client for ClearQuest. This tool provides the owner of the project to grant the limited access to project data in CQ base for the external teams involved in project. It also allows to export bug-reports in XML to distribute it to external teams which can edit it in MS Excel and send it back for automatic synchronization with CQ base. Using this tool provides assurance in confidentiality of the project data which keeps authorized access only.

The component for IBM Rational Robot and RFT to automate Pocket PC applications functional testing. It makes possible to playback tests on the PDA directly in real time mode. Testing can be run on several PDAs simultaneously via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB.

This package is a realization of the role approach to the change requests processing. It can work with any CQ scheme and allows to define resource roles for every project and to allocate rights more agile especially in case of leading several projects within one user database of ClearQuest.

This package can help to visualize either a hierarchy inside of one type requests (for instance task and subtask) or between requests of different types (BaseCMActivity, bug report, task and subtask). The description structure of the hierarchical tree can be easily adjusted. It is also supported a recursive address (all dependent requests are automatically scanned through the Reference Lists).

During planning in MS Project the module allows to import all resources available from the CQ base. It's an irreplaceable tool for excellent project management. The MS Project/ClearQuest integration module makes possible to integrate ClearQuest and MS Project in a much more advanced way than standard integration mechanism provided IBM Rational via ClearQuest ProjectTracker. During integration between ClearQuest database and MS Project plan the module enables flexible selection of fields and their correlations (synchronized data). The module supports hierarchical links between queries, permitting to perform simultaneously several tasks and subtasks included in the plan, which the module would synchronize between MS Project plan and the records in ClearQuest.

It allows to monitor mail server and to form CQ request basing on new mail received. This mail reader supports multiple message templates and even special ones which allow editing the existing record instead of adding the new one. It is also multilingual, can read attachments and create separate log. The module allows to form new request ClearQuest or to edit existing on the basis of post messages. The module carries out connection to an e-mail box and processes all messages being it on the basis of the configured patterns. The module can carry out a filtration of messages, for example, to ignore messages on the sender or a theme of the letter. On process of work the log of processing of messages if there were mistakes at processing messages is conducted, the module can automatically notify on necessary post addresses.

This add-on can be embedded to any CQ scheme to allow in real time mode for every type of requests (change request, bug report, task or enhancement request) receiving an UML diagram which describes the request. In such diagram it is specially highlighted current state of request and its transition mainstream.
