So...yeah...some links are broken...but the ones that work are nice.

Great source for ipod or iphone apps

Ning group page--plenty of ideas from teachers of all levels of experience & instruction, with links and app suggestions

Non-profit host for RPG, strategy, & simulation games dealing with global conflict, poverty, human rights, politics, economics, journalism, public policy, etc. Games can be filtered for age groups.

Worth a look for all social studies, science, journalism, perhaps math. Examples: "Global Refugee Experience" RPG, "Invasion" Asian carp in Midwest simulation, "Global Conflict" RPGs for several regions, "Ars Regendi" political/economic 'make your own country'. Filters apply for age level and topic areas. PREVIEW BEFORE THE KIDS PLAY!--games rated for older kids may portray very graphic or violent events.omment
