With so many free and user friendly tech tools available for teachers, it's hard to know where to begin to put together a list of the best tools for teaching and learning so I decided to take a look at my own resources to determine which tools I use the most.

Like everything else on the Internet, trying to find images is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Without the right tools for finding science and math images on the web it is often an impossible, or at least mind-numbing, task. What is needed are search engines which make the job easier. My toolkit is filled with tools I use regularly, but one of my personal favorite learning platforms is Wikispaces because it's a simple tool that has many useful features for designing and implementing Common Core aligned learning experiences.
