If print job not disappear after deleting the print queue than u should recycle the printer , after recycling the printer memory will be cleared from printer it will also clear the pending print jobs follow the below steps to recycle the printer , Sometimes the printer may have to be recycled a second time before it will print (if the top print job in the queue will not disappear with the first recycling).
