To the ancient Greeks, every mystery in nature could be explained by the whims, passions and peculiarities of the gods. This episode features three favorite nature myths: - The Myth of Persephone, in which Hades, the god of the underworld, abducts the beautiful young Persephone, thereby plunging the earth into a permanent state of icy winter. It takes the great Zeus to negotiate a deal between Hades and Persephone's distraught mother, resulting in the arrival of spring, and the ongoing cycle of seasonal changes. - Echo & Narcissus, in which a talkative nymph loses her heart to the handsome Narcissus, only to discover the young man only has eyes for himself. - Helios, in which a brash young man named Phaethon borrows his father's sun chariot and finds out the hard way that pulling the sun across the sky each day is easier said than done.

This video presents a digital model of the marble portrait of Caligula in the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (Richmond, VA, USA). The polychromy of the statue (not visible to the naked eye) has been restored on the basis of surviving pigments on the bust in Copenhagen and the statue in Richmond.

This video presents views of a 3D digital model of the Greek philosopher Epicurus (341-270 BCE). The lost original statue was erected in Athens. We have many Roman copies of the head and also several headless torsos. This model was based on scans of: (1) a bust from Herculaneum in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples; and (2) the torso in the National Archaeological Museum of Florence.

En el ví­deo, la recreación virtual de un personaje histórico (la sacerdotisa romana Baebia Crinita) pasea por el foro y la curia de la ciudad explicando al espectador lo que allí­ había.
