Combine that with the South African billboard that Thomas Friedman points out in his talk about his book, "Hot, Flat, and Crowded" that goes like this: "German Engineering. Swiss Innovation. American Nothing!" NOW ask yourself, "Do we have time to debate this stuff (filtering policies, etc) any longer? The answer is a resounding NO!
