We all know that risk is uncertain and therefore a Business should always be ready to tackle it. Disasters in business are not only caused by Mother nature but also technically like cyber-attacks, system crashes etc. which brings a huge loss for the business, it is vital to be prepared by making a pre-planned disaster recovery plan.
Disaster Recovery (DR)
It focuses on the IT systems that help overcome critical business faulty. Disaster Recovery is a part of business continuity, but both of the terms aren't the same. It focuses on keeping all aspects of a business run even if it faces a disaster. IT systems are critical to the success of the business, therefore disaster plan plays the main pillar to keep the success going in a business.
Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
Disaster Recovery Plan is a business plan that describes how work can be resumed quickly and effectively after the business faces a disaster. It is a part of business continuity planning. The overall idea is to develop a plan that will allow the IT dept. of that organisation, when faced a disaster, recover enough data to allow function and operate the organization.
The plan includes the following:
* Statement, overview and main goals of the plan.
* Contact info of key personal and DR team members.
* Description of emergency response actions.
* Diagram of the entire IT network and recovery site, directions to reach the recovery site.
* List of software, license key and systems that will be used in the recovery effort.
* Technical documents from the sellers of the recovery technology system software.
* Summary of insurance coverage.
* Plans on how to deal with financial and legal issues as well as media outreach.

Price is one of the important factors when you compare hospitals. There is a myth that everything is cheaper in India. However, this cannot be true always. In fact, nothing can be farther from the truth. When you find the cost differentials are negligible, you look for other factors like doctor and hospital reputation, facilities offered, service standards, etc. to make your choice final.
Helping You Look Good
OUR GOALS
From the time we began to formally state our operational goals, Customer Satisfaction has always been #1. There aren't many companies in our industry that measure Customer Satisfaction, so we benchmark with the best internet companies in America and I am pleased to say we are right there with them.
Great Customer Satisfaction is no accident; it's the result of planned and methodical execution of all things important - of listening to Customers and of continuously improving. At Statearms, we became ISO 9001 registered in 2008, adopted the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria in 2006 and set a goal to apply for and improve enough to receive the award in 2009. We applied for and received the Missouri Quality Award (a Baldrige-criteria state program) in 2008, and applied for and received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2009, meeting the goal we set in 2006. Statearms's journey of continuous improvement doesn't end there; in 2015 they earned, for a second time, both the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Missouri Quality Award. Those of you in management, engineering or operations know the significance of ISO and Baldrige to Customer Satisfaction.
OUR VISION
Everything really starts with our Vision, which is: 'To be the best-run business in America, and the most successful, most respected business in our industry, for the benefit of our Customers.' This is a pretty bold Vision, but it's absolutely real. You can view our entire Mission Statement, Operational Goals and Culture Statement in the menu.
If a Company values Customer Satisfaction, it should also value Employees; pay them well, provide training and development and treat them right - Employee Satisfaction is our #2 Goal. We treat our Vendors as partners because Supplier Satisfaction is our #3 Goal. Of course, goals #2 and #3 support goal #1. We realize our responsibility to provide leadership to the industry and to 'give back
