Would anyone be interested in (and have time to commit to) a virtual book club for teachers? We could pick one book per month (from user-generated bookmarks/suggestions) and use this forum to discuss it. Perhaps, once a month, we could also record a podcast or have a virtual chat in Second Life? Any thoughts?
I'd love to participate in this group! We could use Elluminate for the conversation as well. I'd like to explore SL, but I will need a basic tour. I haven't ventured there yet for fear I will become totally "lost" to my family!
Thanks for organizing this, Konrad.

Well, I think it's time to revive this idea. Based on the feedback I've been getting, I think it's fair to say that a book per month might be too demanding for some very busy teachers. So, here's another idea. Why don't we also pick articles/research reports/blog posts to discuss?
Laura, I hope you're willing to give Second Life a try!
