As a kid, I would chit chat and joke with my siblings all the time during our meal times. My mom would get so upset and say in Hindi, "don't talk while eating, the food would get into your wind pipe". We would all then laugh and imitate her.... I later learnt that there is something that is called the wind pipe and its our trachea. I like the word wind pipe better. hehe

Has anyone experience hay fever?? Never really experienced it. wonder how it must feel???? The symptoms sound bad, not really pleasant to go through this kind of thing. How dangerous can it get if not treated?? Any idea??

Coughing is of major importance, as it is the body's main method to remove dust, mucus, saliva, and other debris from the lungs. Inability to cough can lead to infection. Deep breathing exercises may help keep finer structures of the lungs clear from particulate matter, etc.
