I have succeeded in setting the first dropdown field to a standard, however, sine the second dropdown is still disabled after I selected the first one, I can't set it.
I have created a new role named "client" and have set permissions "inspect all votes" for the role. Whenever i log in as a client and access the decision page,there is no "votes" tab.
