There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles. The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it.

What are you going to take with you for your summer holiday? What are the most important items to you?

Do you stock your bathroom cupboards with only what you think you need or do you make an elaborate affair of it using candles, essential oils and bubbles? Everyone chooses to make their bath time different. Some will only use a Spa with on site spa assistants and beauticians. And some will opt to stay in an expensive hotel where everything is provided for and cleaned every day.

What you eat for Breakfast depends a lot on your lifestyle and also who you are having breakfast with. For example, you may eat at home with your family and have both a cooked breakfast with eggs and toast and also cereal, milk and fruit. Or you may be going to a cafe on your own or with work mates.

In short, just about everything in our lives can be a source of stress. The key is not avoiding stress, but learning how to filter what kinds of stress we allow to affect us, and to stop the influence of the worst sources. However, in some cases one of the worst sources of stress is the voice in our own heads. It really is true that we can be our own worst critics. We talk ourselves into giving up on important projects, belittle ourselves, and sabotage our good, healthy habit-building progress with unhelpful language and private doubts. While a healthy dose of constructive self-criticism can help anyone, we frequently end up taking things too far and miss out on many otherwise good opportunities to build strong habits for ourselves.

 Feature Highlight: Highlights Diigo saves the day with "highlights". Highlights let you select the important snippets on a page and store them in your library with the page's bookmark. Let's try it. Just open a page, maybe one of your old-school bookmarks or one of your new cat bookmarks, and find the information on that page you actually care about. Select that important text. Got it? Okay, now put your hemet on, 'cause this might blow your mind! Click the highlight icon on the Diigo toolbar. It's the one with the "T" on a page with a yellow highlighter. You will notice that the selected text gets a yellow background. This means that the text has been saved in your library, and as long as you have the Diigo add-on the text will be highlighted on the page! How's that for easy?   Now you've highlighted the text. It will appear in your library within the bookmark for the page it is on. Go to your library and you can see how it works. If you're not sure how to get to your library, just click the second icon on the toolbar (Diigo icon to the left of the search bar) and then select "My Library »".

Sticky Notes on the Web What? I can put a sticky note on a web page? How? Oh, that's right! Diigo. Just right-click anywhere on the page and choose to "add a floating sticky note". Type up your note and choose "Post", then move the note anywhere on the page. You have to type a note first, before you move it where you want, otherwise there's nothing to move!
