How can Diigo and Springpad assist you in your Personal Project and/or FYE Project?

both websites can help you receve a wider variety of information that is more relavent to your project rather then searching through google and and checking out each individual website that may not be as relevant as you may hope for.

I think SpringPad is a great was to keep a large collection of things you have collected in researching a model for our own projects. With all of this research saved in a single source, it is easy to grasp all informative pages while also showing us a progression of the aims and goals of our project. It is through Springpad that we are able to log our ideas, and how they adapt over time.

The two websites both seem to be very useful, but of the two i feel like diigo will help me more. With the ability to save and organise bookmarks that you can fill with highlights and notes on the page seems extremely valuable. On the other hand, one thing that will keep me coming back to springpad would be the "help me remember..." search, which filters information in a highly practical form.

As far as Diigo and Springpad, its a unique software to save and take notes. This can be useful for the FYE and personal project because this allows you to save files and information found on the internet. For example I found and article about a player at the NFL combine, this connect to my personal project because I'm planning on being a sports agent and following college players is part of my job.

Both sites provide better, more relevant information immediately. These sites decrease the amount of weeding you have to do when searching for info. Also, the notebooks can help you stay organized: one for FYE, one for personal project, etc. These sites also make it easier to share information with the rest of our class and our project groups.

Springpad and Diigo allow you to save and organize bookmarks links that might be useful to the Personal project. Both sites also allow you to tag your saved bookmarks making it easier to find links that you associated with a certain topic.
Both websites have different pros. Springpad has a notebook feature which helps you organize between different projects. Diigo has the option of creating groups so that you can share relevant information with people who are might be working on projects with you.
