  • POSTRES SENSACIÓN DE LIMÓN Ingredientes (para 4 personas): 6 Yogures naturales 12 Galletas ducales o dulces 2 Limones de cascara amarilla 2 Cucharaditas de esencia para alimentos sabor a vainilla 3 Cucharadas de esencia de limón 3 Cucharadas de azúcar morena o light 1 Molde o una refractaria cuadrada pequeña Preparación:     1.  Dentro del molde coloque como base las galletas.     2.  Mezcle lo yogures con la esencia de vainilla, de limón y las 3 cucharadas de azúcar morena o light. Extienda una pequeña cantidad sobre la base de galletas.     3.  Coloque nuevamente otra capa de galletas y de yogurt sobre estas.     4.  Ralle unas cascaras de limón y colóquelas sobre la capa final de yogurt.     5.  Deje reposar 20 minutos para que este tome el aroma de las esencias. ¡Naturalmente rico y fácil a preparar!
