NOAA recently released a collection of more than 7,000 historical U.S. shoreline topographic images for viewing in Google Earth. NOAA's Historical Shoreline Survey Viewer could be used to show students how coastlines have changed over time.

New to Wolfram is that you can now embed various demonstrations from their website. To the right of this example is a line of code that you copy by placing your cursor inside the text box. Copy (cmd + C) and paste the HTML code onto your site.

Hey I was just on hippocampus today and they have redesigned the website to include Khan Academy and Phets. The layout is also much more user-friendly. It is a really great resource for students. It has videos, simulations, lectures, and interactive problem solving for a variety of subjects.
The Quest Learning and Assessment System uses an extensive knowledge bank of over 60,000 questions and answers covering Math, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Physical Science and Physics.
