The Madras High Court on Thursday ordered notices to Sarath Kumar and Radha Ravi, office bearers of Nadigar Sangam Charitable Trust, after hearing a petition which sought for a direction declaring as null and void a 99 year lease deed alloting nearly 19 grounds belonging to the trust valued at about Rs 150 crore, at a meagre rent of Rs 1,000 annually.
