Bollywood actor Vidya Balan Thursday became the brand ambassador of the rural development ministry to spread awareness about sanitation and cleanliness in the country. Balan said the sanitation campaign needs to become a national obsession. The prestigious National Film Awards ceremony will be held May 3 every year now onwards to commemorate the release date of the first Indian movie "Raja Harishchandra", Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni said here Thursday.
