    I see these types of things in the new and I don't understand why they keep oping more places that don't really follow health proto call. If you pass by restaurants you can see there are people sitting outside so close to each other. I also think inspectors should let business know what are to Porto calls because there are some places where they had no idea what is the rule.

    What do you think of this example? Does the school have to right to punish students who post material that shows their school in a negative way? Are there other similar stories you have heard of?

    I think the school didn't have a right to punish the students who post material that shows their school in a negative way. The school could talk to the students and ask what the school can do to make it more comfortable for them or what can they do to make the school better and not negative.

    The TikTok was taken at home but it held racist comments and content on it. The school had no Right to punish them because it was not their business, on their property, or targeting anyone in particular. However, Racist, Lewd, or illegal Content is not ok and surpasses the first amendment; Freedom of Speech.
