I hope they(the looters) don't use this second riot to steal from uninvolved people again.

Ever since this event had happened, has caused people to not be so trusting of police.

Yesterday afternoon in Detroit, via ABC affiliate WXYZ: We're told the ICE officer was serving the warrant to 19-year-old Terrence Kellum as part of task force investigation. Police say he was allegedly wanted for armed robbery. The task force was known as "D-FAT" which stands for Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team.

(CNN) -- Michael Brown's stepfather says he's sorry for his emotional outburst to demonstrators after learning a police officer wouldn't be indicted in the teen's death. But he says he's unfairly taking heat for the rioting that followed.

The emotional outburst is understandable, but to have such an outburst that it can be threatening, is too far. I'm glad he apologized, but he should of never said those threats in the first place.

I think that is was good to apologize. Everyone does speak out of anger and in this situation I'm sure a lot of people are speaking out of anger. Almost everyone is acting out of anger right now.

(CNN) -- Forensic tests have found the blood of Michael Brown on the gun, uniform and police cruiser belonging to Officer Darren Wilson, who fatally shot the unarmed teen two months ago in Ferguson, Missouri, The New York Times reported.

Brown's blood was found on officer Wilson's uniform and in the police car, which supports the claim that there was a struggle that justified use of deadly force. If there is not an indictment of the officer, there are fears that the riots in Ferguson will spiral out of control.

The incident at Rhodes Middle School in San Antonio late last month was captured on cell phone video. "We understand that situations can sometimes escalate to the point of requiring a physical response; however, in this situation we believe that the extent of the response was absolutely unwarranted," said San Antonio Independent School District Superintendent Pedro Martinez.

(CNN) -- Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber is considering legislation that would declare a public safety emergency in some Oregon counties where residents often have been left to try to fend for themselves. The measure would also impose a temporary income tax on residents of counties unable to pay for public safety workers due to budget cuts.
