I just tried this out but I needed to sign in with my personal account. Chandra needs to click on allow in the Google Control Panel so we can use it with our aisch.org accounts. It seems pretty cool.
ExamTime allows users to share study materials. You could have your students create accounts to share review materials with each other. Have students share their review materials with you so that you can make sure they're on the right track in their preparation for an exam.

Each tag that you add to your video have another video from YouTube or Vimeo or an image from Facebook, Flickr, or Instagram. A tag can also include an audio track from SoundCloud or a reference article from Qwiki.
