www.office.com/setup Blogs: Good Morning America's newest segment, "Boosting Your Business," sponsored by Microsoft Office, provides entrepreneurs with simple tips and tools to help grow their businesses. In this first segment, Good Morning America brought in Carol Roth, a small business expert and host of Microsoft's Office Small Business Academy, to visit a popular Chicago salon. Living out the American dream, Goran Cobanovski opened his own hair salon after arriving in the U.S. from Macedonia, where his flagship location now employs a team of 18 people and serves up to 50 clients a day. Carol gives Goran advice on employee engagement, delegating responsibilities and scheduling appointments. She shows him how Microsoft Bookings can make front-desk scheduling run more efficiently-creating happier customers. Microsoft Bookings is a new service as part of Office 365 that allows customers to book appointments online directly through your website or Facebook page. Unique vision and unquestionable talent made Goran's dream his reality. Microsoft Office will give him more free time to enjoy it. Fueling creativity with Office 365 - www.office.com/setup - 0 views

We're all creators-each in our own way. I'm part of an organization that advocates for those who are creatively talented or gifted: artists, creators, and entrepreneurs. But I've found that we all bring creativity to our jobs in some form or another. I know that I can approach problems in a more creative way and find innovative solutions when I have the right tools and information within easy reach. At Copyright Alliance, we're a small team that serves more than 40 institutional members and thousands of artists around the country. For each of us, the ability to find and share files while on the go is a huge priority, especially because we tend to fill in for each other on different projects at a moment's notice. Balancing tasks like writing opinion pieces for news publications, giving talks at conferences, and meeting with members-all in the same day-is the norm. In the past, technology issues sometimes sapped my creative energy, making it difficult to stay focused on the task in front of me. Instead, I would have to scramble to find a document or a presentation that I needed. We had a file server at the office and I would routinely download all the documents I thought I would need before dashing off to the next engagement. This not only took extra time out of my day, it also wasn't a foolproof system. There were times when I just couldn't access the information I needed while out in the field. With Microsoft Office 365, all that has changed. Now that we have an online suite of tools for creating documents and managing them in a systematic way, we can all work together more fluidly. The menus and navigation in Microsoft SharePoint Online are simple to use, and it's reassuring to see exactly when a document was last updated. We're looking forward to using more of the tools in Office 365, including Microsoft Lync Online to make calls and hold meetings-all in a couple of clicks. I hardly think about the technology we use anymore. The transition to

How to Use Microsoft Forms in Office 365 Education - www.office.com/setup - 0 views

  •
Have you seen the new Microsoft Forms? One of the most popular articles on my blog in the last 12 months was related to its predecessor - Excel Surveys. Not only did that post get a lot of views, but it also got a lot of comments from people with questions about the features of Excel Surveys, or more importantly for some, the features it did not have. You can still use Excel Surveys, but Microsoft are in the process of transitioning to something better - Microsoft Forms. This version includes automatic grading and built-in student feedback. Here's what you need to know.

3 things you need to know about Microsoft Office 2016 - Office Setup Help - 0 views

  •
Windows 10 has grabbed the attention of social media and customers alike more so because it is a crucial operating system for Microsoft after the debacle of Windows 8 and a not so great reception for Windows 8.1. But, Microsoft has another major product on their cards now, Office, which enhances the Windows productivity of five major products into a system of applications. With Office 2016, Microsoft plans to build from scratch, a mobile and cloud first approach which is customer centric and doesn't only focus on web compared to Office 365 and 2013. Office 2016 has recently been launched on September 22, 2015. www.office.com/setup The Cost factor The first and the most important thing we look at during major software products and updates is the price tag that comes along with it as there are so multiple updates for major software and it is not feasible to go through each and every revision. The all new Office 2016 suite is free for customers on mobile and tablets (conditions apply) and pretty cheap at $145 for "Office Home & Student 2016" and the RRP version of the same is priced at $165, along with subscription version of the suite (Office 365 Personal) at about $70 per year.

Securing company data and avoiding risk with Office 365 (Video) - www.office.com/setup - 0 views

Today's post was written by Nick Portello, Network Manager, Steve Moore Chevrolet. Read more Office 365 customer stories here. Office 365 Customer Steve Moore Chevrolet_Nick PortelloWhen I joined Steve Moore Chevrolet as the sole IT staffer six months ago, the dealership was in dire need of new technology. Employees coped with aging PCs, an outdated POP3 email service, a poor mobility experience, data loss, and no collaboration tools. Then I heard about Microsoft Office 365, which gives you the latest version of Microsoft Office, plus a suite of cloud-based communication and collaboration tools that solved all our problems. Unlike Google Apps, the UI was familiar to our employees and Microsoft offered a flexible subscription-based payment option, which is ideal for our fluctuating workforce. Now that our documents are stored in Microsoft SharePoint Online and SkyDrive Pro, we have easy access to collaboration tools with robust security. I no longer worry about falling out of compliance with Chevrolet auditors, losing important financial data, or having to pay fines that could reach $250,000. I can also find data on-demand for Chevrolet auditors and use my mobile device to look up information, which saves about 40 percent of every day-I'm no longer running between my computer and the sales, service, and administration departments. I can focus on what I really need to do. Thanks to Office 365, we are all able to get on with our work! Learn more about Steve Moore Chevrolet and Office 365 by watching the video below and reading the case study.

t was not always easy to find the correct version of a software for your pc/mac. But with time things have been improving and now people are developing easy ways to manage softwares and versions by simply integrating it to there website. Same is done by Microsoft. They have every information on there website. For this we are looking at www.office.com it consists of many micro sites. For Office the website is www.office.com. This is the first step to Microsoft Office If you are new. You will need to purchase it from the main website. Though there are many third party who claim to resell the product but buying directly from Microsoft is the most secure way to do it.
