I think this site is very useful in the classroom - it runs as an app on iPads and Phones and it can also be accessed by the website on any internet enabled device or computer. You can conduct class polls, single questions or quizzes and receive immediate feedback on your screen. Students enter your room number to participate but do not need an account or any other sign in details - it is one of the easiest apps I have used.

A student response system - allows teachers to interact with student devices and get responses. Works with computers, netbooks, tablets, smartphones, laptops. Ask questions, set quizzes or games etc.
