Dear Sir/Madam      I was interested to see your job posting for xxxxxxxx  and would like to learn more about this opportunity. I feel my recent experience at British Telecom where I undertook extensive training in customer service, complaint handling and one call resolution would add value to your team.  In my role as a Customer Options advisor I successfully managed high level customer complaints whilst retaining customers  and up-selling products to them.  Being the initial contact for the customer,  the ability to manage and  delegate all manner of queries and general help and advice was essential in my day to day business.  Whilst the ability of gaining new clients or growing existing accounts, providing  superior customer care was always the number one goal with each and every call. The mantra of one all resolution during training instilled a work ethic to provide a thorough and tailor-made service to each and every customer that called in , with the aim of providing an intimate and personalized service on every call. Working under a target driven team environment on a daily basis proves i can work under pressure and be part of any successful team .
