I have a set of 2003 vintage IPF900's and they added no value to my 200 series cruiser high beam, could barely tell if they were on :(
So, with little to lose, I bought a set of H3 HID's in a 55W 4300K kit digital slimline ballast, specifically for the IPF900's from Ebay - the ballasts all fit inside the spottie case. It was only ~$120 and I wasn'texpecting too much. Well I cannot believe the difference in performance :) When I turn off my HID's, its like I switched off all my lights, the difference is that much.
My biggest regret is that I did not do this years ago!
