Upgrading driving lights,,,, more confused than ever. @ ExplorOz Forum - 0 views

I have a set of 2003 vintage IPF900's and they added no value to my 200 series cruiser high beam, could barely tell if they were on :( So, with little to lose, I bought a set of H3 HID's in a 55W 4300K kit digital slimline ballast, specifically for the IPF900's from Ebay - the ballasts all fit inside the spottie case. It was only ~$120 and I wasn'texpecting too much. Well I cannot believe the difference in performance :) When I turn off my HID's, its like I switched off all my lights, the difference is that much. My biggest regret is that I did not do this years ago!

Saffari Tuff has 25% more clamp capacity with Spheroidal graphite anti burst casting & is Anodized for maximum corrosion resistance . It has a heavyer disc with standard linnings. 4 Terrain has 35% more clamp capacity and is engineered to give good pedal feel. it also has Spheroidal graphite anti burst casting & is Anodized for maximum corrosion resistance . The difference with the 4 Terrain disc is it is a heavy disc with Aramide button linnings on the flywheel side. the button configuration increases the torque capacity even more and the linnings disipate heat extreamly well and helps the clutch last mutch longer than standard linnings.
