Is there a way to search or sort lists according to their tags - 51 views

When I create a list, I enter in tags to help identify the list. Is there any way to search for or sort lists according to their tags? I would like to create a feed that contains all lists with a certain tag, for example.

Ok, I have some lists with a particular tag word that I would like to be able to search for and find those lists. However, when I search for that tag, I come up with nothing.

I would love to be able to create an RSS feed with links to all of my lists with a particular tag. It seems to me that since the list itself is a link that Diigo creates and that each list has tag words...this should be possible.

    Isn't a list a tagged item?

If you sort your bookmarks according to tag, then you will see that all of them have a check box on the left hand side. You can check the box at the top, under "all", to select them all, then use the "my lists" drop down to add them to a particular list.

The caveat is that it will not automatically create a list for you, but you can choose to create a new list from the drop down, which only takes a couple of seconds.

    Hope that helps!

Yes, thank you! Just what I was looking for. It would be nice if that was mentioned in either the documentation for Lists or made available as a link. It seemed to be a no-brainer you could do it but I could not figure it out.

I would like to use the feed within my site web pages. I want to use something like this http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/dynamicfeed/index.html to do it, but it doesn't recognize the url generated by Safari. Any other suggestions on how an RSS feed link for Diigo lists should be formed?

Never mind, I am lame. I figured it out. Thanks!
