I've imported 831 bookmarks from delicious, mostly public, some private. I (and those who go to my Diigo site) can see the public bookmarks and click on some tags. HOWEVER, there is no way for them to see ALL the tags at once. "My Tags" says "0" on my account, when clearly there are recent tags visible. When others click on "View All" next to "Recent Tags", it says "Rob Webb has no public tags."
