re Bookmark corruption - 17 views

    On several occasion the bookmarks I see from the drop down menu of the tool bar of my firefox browser are different to those I see when I click on my Diigo at this site. The site bookmark are correct but those I see from the drop down menu would often contain link to japanese sites! Has my ID been stolen? How can I change my password? Should the community introduce pseudo names?

    Hi
    I am a happy user of diigo but
    I have occasionally come across web pages where I cannot save highlights on the web page. I have produced a web page at yahoo geocity to demonstrate this. Would someone please explain why I cannot save highlights on this web page? Would there be a fix for it in the near future?

    What has happened to the nice new smaller window? It has reverted back to the big old one today. I am running win xp, firefox and IE as browser Diigo toolbar 1.0.2007041901

    I have accidentally resized the diigo pop up window when I moved the task bar. The system must have remembered the smaller size. Thanks :-)

Toolbar conflicts with All-In-One - 17 views

    hi
    I installed a few software lately and it has killed my diigo toolbar in firefox.
    None of diigo function is working. I cannot even look at my bookmark.
    I think the problem could be caused by an an extra line in my toolbar which has just the following text on it
    " copy without format Copy with url then a white vertical separator bar"
    I could not get rid of this toolbar nor does it respond when I right click over it.
    Has anyone come across this?
    Would appreciate any idea of how to debug this.

    I have all-in-one-side sidebar 0.7.1 installed. Please advice how I can download the new toolbar.

    I cannot uninstall Diigo as I cannot find My Tool folder mentioned in that topic.

    Hi Maggie
    Thank you for sending me the toolbar.
    I have found the button to uninstall the old toolbar.
    The extra line disappeared.
    I have added the new tool bar using your file and it works.
    It does look as though it is an incompatibility problem with all-in-one but problem resolved now.
