A day after Consumer Reports confirmed that the iPhone 4 reception issues are hardware related, PR experts are saying that an iPhone 4 recall is now inevitable.

According to sources, Apple will not be issuing an iPhone 4 recall during their special press conference tomorrow.

If Apple decides to pull the trigger on a full recall of the iPhone 4, an analyst says it could cost the company $1.5 billion.

Apple will be recalling defective Time Capsules that were sold between February 2008 and June 2008. These defective Capsules may not power on or shut down suddenly after starting up. Serial numbers between XX807XXXXXX - XX814XXXXXX are affected.

No doubt iPhone porpoised the smartphone craze with its glitzy, smooth functioning mobiles.
