Brunswick, Georgia (CNN) -- A 14-year-old suspected of shooting a baby in the coastal city of Brunswick, Georgia, will make his first appearance in court at 9:30 a.m. ET Monday, according to a court clerk. Two teen boys were charged with murder Friday. The 14-year-old isn't being named because he's a minor.

It angers me when people just don't think about their actions. And these boys had the nerve to go and try to take money from this lady and then shoot her then kill her son what is wrong with people these days I mean seriously.

The relatives of a teenage suspect in a baby's shooting death have been arrested on charges of lying to police. The aunt and the mother of 17-year-old De'Marquise Elkins were taken into custody on Tuesday after giving police new information that led to a pond where police found a handgun.

"Shake your head in disbelief all you want, but this is far from the most ludicrous lawsuit we have seen in recent years."

I think the charges were a little extreme for stealing meatballs but she shouldn't have stolen them in the first place.
