Cruz Velazquez Acevedo made a catastrophic split second decision after border officers found two bottles of liquid on him when he attempted to cross into California from Mexico. The 16-year-old Mexican national told the two officers that the bottles contained "apple juice," but they didn't buy it and asked Acevedo to take a sip to "prove" he wasn't lying, according to court records.

The mother of the Arizona toddler who shot and killed his 9-year-old brother told police she's previously let her younger son pick up her unloaded gun and practice pulling the trigger. The 9-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital Monday with a gunshot wound to head and died Tuesday morning, KPHO reported.

I agree with the law and that you need to let people know but they used protection and and they didn't know at the time so Nick shouldn't be in prison. The law says it needs to be intentional but it wasn't intentional.

Nick Rhoades stated that he was protected and that he shouldn't be getting any sort of punishment but I can see that he did a class B felony crime because he did pass it on but for him being protected he wasn't trying to do any harm he doesn't deserve the punishment.
