Useful background information on the WASH programme funded by the Gates Foundation. This prpgramme funds some of IPA's/Evidence Actions work on Chlorine Dispensers, but is not the 3ie funded study. IPA recieved a massive grant for advocacy work through this programme and it is worth exploring the exten to whih the 3ie study was able to draw donw on this.
