It is only available on a Jailbroken iPhone 3G via the Cydia Installer and is to be used on the latest firmware with the newest baseband!

MasterCard has released ATM Hunter, an iPhone app that lets owners find nearby ATMs around the world by entering in an address or airport location. iPhone 3G owners don't even have to do that, because the app is location aware and can pick up your current address from the GPS radio.
