The Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPhone 4, just released yesterday is already getting a lot of attention, and not for the better. As people across the country began activating and using their new iPhones many found to their dismay that they were getting cut off during calls.

Chipotle Mexican Grill's (NYSE: CMG) (NYSE: CMG-B) first foray into Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) App Store was a lot like one of its signature burritos: rushed to order, digested quickly, and gone before you knew it.

Shares of Apple Inc reached their all-time high on Thursday, as excitement builds over the expected release of its tablet computer.

Apple Inc., maker of the iPhone, Apple devices and iTunes music software, said it filed a countersuit claiming that Nokia Oyj is infringing its technology. In the suit filed today in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware, Apple claimed Nokia is wrongfully using 13 of its patents.

"Ma's sister, Ma Hui, however, said she believed her brother died after being beaten, as she found big wounds on her brother's head and bloodstains around his mouth and nose.\n\nIn 2009, Sun Danyong of Foxconn, committed suicide on July 16, during an investigation into the loss of a prototype of Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone."

Apple isn't backing down from Nokia's charge that it infringed on 10 patents covering technology used in the iPhone.
