CloudOn is a "free for a limited time" app that allows you to create, edit, and view Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files on your iPad. CloudOn pulls the files from your Dropbox account, and also automatically saves them there, so you must have a Dropbox account to use CloudOn

History Tours is a collaborative website that gives teachers access to pre-made Google Earth tours on various topics in American and World history. These tours provide an excellent backdrop for visual learning. They allow students to view people and places of historical importance while the teacher presents essential background knowledge.

If you're like me, you don't have the time to delve into the world of Excel formulas. It's not that I haven't tried. I have. It's just that manipulating the data and then turning that refined data into charts that are actually understandable is, well, I hate it. That's why I was quite thrilled to find Google's answer to this problem: ChartTool.
