Talked to Marissa Mayer this morning and tried to dig into how she really feels about selling Yahoo. Would she view it as a personal failure? "What's good for Yahoo is good for me." How is she handling low morale? "There's always going to be morale issues in a complicated situation like this, but people are resilient."
