This describes the more constant meteor showers, including Pleiades and Perseid meteor showers. A meteor shower is when the Earth passes through a field of debris, which burns up in the atmosphere, creating the familiar shooting stars.

The focus is on Earth and global problems and how teams can work together to try to solve them. The focus is on community, around the globe. There are prizes, BUT all students will receive help in finding the right college for them, collaboration and be eligible to become part of the USA Earth Science Olympiad team.
