Peppered Moth interactive animation -- as a demonstration or as a mini-lab, this animation allows students to understand "selection" directly. Switch from "pre-industrial" for lichen-covered trees, to "industrial" for soot-covered trees, and back to "pre-industrial" for post-environmental-law trees with lichen returning. Nice to distinguish between "evolution" and "speciation."
