Pre-Assessment Questions

My school has decided visual literacy will be the focus for next year. My job is to create a pre-assessment tool to find out where the staff is in their skills as it pertains to visual literacy. I need to ask 5-7 questions only.

I'm looking for suggestions. What should I be asking?

Yay! I'm so glad that we now have a group to address this topic. I just did a presentation two weeks ago at NJECC in New Jersey about what I'm doing in my classroom. I want to know more about what others are doing to help kids understand and interpret what they see. Kudos to you EdTechdiva!
