My understanding of web 2.0 and please understand there is no clear defined line as to where web 2.0 starts finishes. Is the interactive web. web pages that update constantly not static sites with no such interaction web 2.0 also encompasses the new aspects of the internet that have only been recently developed and widely used such as social sites and with a focus towards eLearning.

Social media is about interaction, engagement, and relationships. It's about communicating and creating a community where collaboration can thrive. Rather than pushing and pulling products, services, ideas, or processes through channels you enrich and strengthen channels and create value through interaction.
