Examples are http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Kevinalewis and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Loyola. This could add tremendous value here. It would enable discussions with a person, notes to a person as well as the ability to issue friend/group invites.
