Greetings,
A quick start post in the MobilizeThis2008 forum area to get some things started.
Your should have received the following message;
"....Diigo brings together some core functions which I've till now had in differing platforms. I like the fact that I can choose public and private for groups as well as tap into RSS feeds and bookmarks and so on and that I dont have to be logged into see a group progress .
What a cool tool and defintely an interesting development in networked learning. It really seems to be working well as another player in the semantic web.
I'm hoping you'll be able to drop by and ckeck things growing through 2008 in the MobilzeThis2008 group ( space ...network....whatever you choose to call it ) and perhaps participate in the events in October 2008 online.
MobilizeThis2008 focusses on constructive ways to engage organisational managers in adopting / adapting sound and informed policy for educators using networked and social networking technologies, providing some global perspectives on issues which otherwise thwart the learning process using ICT's and engaging in online networked activities which bring current research and case studies together in a compendium of presentations online.

2007 - http://mobilizethis.wikispaces.com/
2008 - Charles Darwin University, Australia....URL coming !...."
CDU and our intrepid organiser Bill Wade will bring us all together in a series of online presentations from where-ever you may be located. I'll be forwarding this group address through to CDU and hopefully this will serve as our tagging, bookmarking, group discussions and networking base for the event - of course augmented with all the other many things that we have at our disposal otherwise.
I look forward to your comments and feel free to drop me a message foe enquiries at any time.
Cheers and looking forward to your reply.
