醫師呼籲民眾,正確建立「3要1少」的補氧新觀念。1要睡眠充足,每天睡飽8小時,讓身體休息。2要有足夠運動時間,每天運動最少30分鐘。3要飲食均衡,建立每日5蔬果的飲食習慣,尤其愈鮮艷的蔬果、所含抗氧化物質愈多,例如花椰菜、甘藍菜、核桃、柿子、梨子、草莓等。4為居住環境少汙染。
